As soon as you know your move-in date, reach out. We often have same-week availability, but the first of the month (when most DC leases turn over) books quickly. A week's notice is ideal.
We can work around some items, but the cleaner the space, the more thorough we can be. If the previous tenant left furniture or boxes, let us know—we can still help.
