Overview
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information. Users are responsible for protecting passwords and notifying the company of security breaches.
Payment & Billing
All payments process through Stripe. The company saves payment methods on file for automatic charging after each cleaning. A card hold is placed 24 hours before service to verify funds availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service will be charged 25% of total booking price.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service will be charged 50% of total booking price.
- Same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the booking price.
Service-Related Policies
- Complaints must be filed within 24 hours of service completion.
- The company reserves termination rights for any reason with written notice.
- The company may refuse service for safety concerns, severe clutter, or biohazards.
Client Responsibilities
Clients should tidy before cleaning to allow access to surfaces. If requesting use of personal vacuums, the company accepts no liability for damage.
Non-Solicitation Agreement
Clients cannot directly solicit company employees for five years following service termination. Breach results in a $5,000 USD penalty.
